I have come across that there is a Management round which is going to be conduct in TCS Selection along with HR Round. Can you please give me details about it?

Management round or Managerial round has been a new incorporation of various companies in their recruitment process. In this round, the interviewer will test your managerial skills which primarily involves analytical and problem solving skills. It will include questions from technical aspect, hr aspect as well. You can be asked puzzles. Usually you will be given a case study or a small analytical problem and you need to state the solution to the problem. Correctness does not matter much, your approach is of prime importance here.
