What kind of attribute is necessary to get promotion in Sopra Steria for Engineer Trainees? Growth opportunities in Sopra Steria?
Hello Sir,
Kindly tell me that as an Engineer Trainee in Sopra Steria, I can get any growth? What attribute they want to see in the Trainees for giving them promotion? |

Being a trainee, you are taught in the company, so then and there you have the opportunity to get fairer from others and excel from all other and get up.
This is also a kind of growth that you will be offered from the company side indirectly, what you have to do is to not miss this opportunity and work on it. Training time is the precious time to learn all the stuffs of the company. Trainee after the completion of the probation period are made permanent. And after the completion of 1 year in the company they are given hike in the salary. |

Yes, you can get growth being an Engineer Trainee.
You need to learn and learn and nothing more tan that during your training period. The more you will learn the more you will get knowledge and the more you will get knowledge the fastest will be your promotion and the fastest will be your promotion the more salary you will get. So, by now you have came across that just by doing your training sincerely only you will get the very big and good position. one more thing you need t keep in your mind, try to make yourself technically very strong. |
