There are various organizations offering jobs for B.Tech Civil Engineers. For getting a job, you should score very good marks in the engineering graduation. You should know AutoCAD and or other related softwares. You should improve your resume and make it an attractive; this will help you to get an interview call. You should have good technical skills in core subjects and should communicate well (or you should improve your communication skills). There are various career advisors and counselors available, you can also contact them for a help. You should have analytical & creative thinking and should have passion for learning.
