I have completed B.E.(EEE) from JNTU Hyderabad. I was not able to get placed through on-campus placement. So, I want to join Tech Mahindra. So, please inform me when this company is coming to Hyderabad for interview? I also want to know that how to prepare for interview of this company?

• Prepare some sample questions or case studies to discuss how you would approach challenges in those types of roles. Be ready to provide specific examples from your coursework, projects, internships or personal experience.
• Review common interview questions and practice discussing how your background and strengths qualify you for the role. Be ready to provide concrete results and measurable impacts, not just descriptions of responsibilities.
• Prepare some thoughtful questions to ask the interviewer about the career path for those positions, growth opportunities, training, goals for the team/department, etc. to demonstrate your enthusiasm and interest.
• Review again coding, algorithms or technical skills needed for roles like software engineer if applicable. Practice some simple examples to demonstrate your abilities.
• Stay up to date with news and trends in the technology industry, as well as for Tech Mahindra specifically. Interviewers will want candidates who are passionate about the company and its business.
• Review tips for making a strong impression, maintaining enthusiastic body language and tone of voice, proper etiquette, how to negotiate, etc. You need to be "on" from the moment you walk in the door.
• Build your professional and personal networks on LinkedIn and other sites. Connect with Tech Mahindra employees and see if anyone in Hyderabad can be an informational interview contact.
