Whether a 3 years gap in educational career affect my placement chances?
I completed my 12th in 2012 with 91.3% and I started pursuing my CA. I completed my CPT but couldn't clear IPCC. I got 3 years gap in my educational career. I am presently pursuing B.Com second year and this year there are campus placements in my college will this affect me.

Yes, 3 years of educational gap will definitely affect your placement chances. Generally maximum reputed companies accept candidates with maximum 2 years gap. Regarding the campus placements, they also requires candidates who have maximum 2 years of educational gap. So, I am sorry to say that it will be very difficult for you to get placed in a reputed company with that much gap in between your studies.
