Why the fresher in india does not get a core job in manufacturing or in relavent field that they are interested we have a great engineers with good skills,and practical knowledge but we can see many MNC are taking Diploma student instead of BE as I am pass out looking for a job in biomedical I can see many of our biomedical company take only diploma student and the Be students are working in small firms is it a correct method we have to follow or to discourage our upcoming Engineers please reply sincerely?

This is a wrong concept that freshers in India does not get a core job in manufacturing or relevant field in which they are interested. It is true that the competition level has increased considerably and the job market is facing trouble to maintain the stability. The world has become a place which can be termed as survival of the fittest. So to enjoy the fulfillment of wishes in the professional scenario you need to be better than the best which will lift you up to a great height in your career.

You are right that many MNCs are recruiting diploma candidates instead of BE candidates but actually the entire scenario cannot be viewed like this. There is a good number of vacancies for the diploma candidates and the company has to pay them less as compared to the BE candidates. Moreover the work that they will do can be done by any trained professional.

If you want to get into core companies, you need to have a great concept of your core subject. The core companies in the field of biomedical engineering do not have a huge number of vacancies, so you need to prove your worth in order to get recruited. In modern India, the freshers are trying to be more job oriented which results in poor conceptual and fundamental knowledge. As a consequence the foreign companies have to opt for foreign students. You can in get employment opportunities in the field of biological sciences, engineering sciences, and medical sciences since you are from biomedical engineering field.
