Whether you are eligible to apply for JEE Advanced Exam or not basically depends upon JEE Main Exam Performance and not on the score obtained in 12th Class. The basic criteria required to apply for JEE Advanced Exam is as follows.

>> You must be among the top 2,00,000 (including all categories) in Paper I of JEE Main examination.

>> Yes, if you are able to stood up among top 2,00,000 then I am sure you will be eligible to apply for JEE Advanced Examination.

The percentages of several categories are given below.

* For General/ Open Category - 50.5%
* For OBC NCL - 27%
* For SC - 15%
* For ST - 7.5%
* For PWD Candidates - 3%
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
