I am in 9th standard in ICSE Board. But I want to change my Board. I want to move to CBSE. Can I get admission in CBSE Board in 10th standard next year?

In standard ninth in every board registration for 10th board examinations are done. So, without registration in standard ninth in CBSE board, you will not be able to take admission standard 10th in any CBSE affiliated school.

You have two choices. First is that if any CBSE school does your registration in back date then you can get admission in class 10th in that school. Second choice is to get admission in class 9th first in CBSE board.

You can not get admission directly in class tenth after completion of 9th ICSE board. You must get admission in class ninth in any CBSE affiliated school.

Yes, you can very much get admission in CBSE board in your 10th standard from another board, but you will be needing an affidavit siting the reasons for it.

Along with that you will have to collect some of the documents from your previous school in order to get admission in another school and another boards, they are mentioned below;

Therefore if you are interested to appear for CBSE 10th board exams, you must take admission in CBSE affiliated school in 9th class.

Yes, you can take admission in class 10th in CBSE Board from class 9th in ICSE Board as it is possible legally.
For that you will need some kind of documents:

Write an application to the current Board that, you want to change from your current Board to CBSE Board in class 10th.
Take a Transfer Certificate (T.C) from your current school.
Collect your class 9th mark sheet from your current school.
Character certificate from the current school.
You will also need an affidavit and migration certificate to change your Board from ICSE to CBSE. etc.

WHETHER THE MARKS OF IT PAPER IS CALCULATED IN FINAL EXAMINATHON OF 10TH CBSE?
