I have already passed 12th with PCM 5 years ago. But now I want to do 12th with PCB from RBSE Board. Can I eligible for it?

No, you can't study PCB in RBSE board after completing 12th in PCM around 5 years. Age limit to get admission in 12th class in RBSE board is 16 to 18 years. And as you have completed 12th 5 years ago, so your age is definitely above 18 years.
But you can pursue 12th from NIOS board. NIOS stands for National Institute of Open Schooling.
First of all you have to pass 11th from NIOS with PCB and then you can get admisison in 12th with PCB.
There is no age limit in pursuing 11th and 12th from NIOS.

You have to take admission class 11th with PCB stream again in a RBSE school if you want to complete class 12th in this same stream.

You have already passed class 12th and it will be difficult to change stream in the same boars school. Hence, you have to take admission in a different board school.

No, you are not eligible to pursue 12th PCB directly even if you have completed your 12th standard with PCM stream 5 years ago. To be eligible to pursue 12th PCB, you must have completed 11th standard with PCB from a recognised board. None of the Schools offers direct admissions to 12th standard. So, if you are interested to pursue 12th PCB, you need to take admission for pursuing 11th and 12th standard with PCB stream from RBSE Board.
