Eligibility to appear in Actuarial Common Entrance Test for a candidate with 60% in 12th PCM?
Respected Sir,
I want to study B.Sc in Actuarial Science in any good college. I have scored 60% in PCM of 12th standard. Am I eligible for the Actuarial Common Entrance Test (ACET)? Kindly tell me asap. |

Yes, you are eligible to appear in Actuarial Common Entrance Test after completion of your 12th standard in PCM stream with 60% aggregate marks from a recognised board. Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects at 10+2 level are eligible to appear in ACET examination. Since, you have completed your 12th standard with 60% aggregate marks from a recognised board, you are eligible to appear in ACET examination.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for Actuarial Common Entrance Test after completion of your intermediate with 60% in PCM. For application, you have to visit official website. There you can apply online. After completion of application form you can submit your application fee.

The eligibility criteria for Actuarial Common Entrance Test is:
1. Aspirant must have done 10+2 from any recognized board of India like CBSE, ICSE etc. 2. You are eligible to apply for this examination if you have studied English along with PCM subjects. English is compulsory for any candidate to apply for ACET exam. |

** Actuarial Common Entrance Test is conducted by Institute of Actuaries of India.
** Yes you are eligible to appear in Actuarial Common Entrance Test with 60% in 12th PCM. ** For ACET examination the candidate have passed higher secondary examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 55%. |
