Which exam is need to be cleared by Open School students to join Merchant Navy?
I am studying through open school. I want to make a career in Merchant Navy. So tell me about the exam which i need to face for joining Merchant Navy?

Sorry to say you that,The Students those have done the Open School Education,Distance Learning Course and Open University College Study cannot apply for the Merchant Navy Exam.For details about the Navy Exam you can read the Notification of Exam of Navy or any other Exams notification. Candidate have to appear in IMU CET in order to get admission in Merchant Navy.
IMU CET exam is conducted by IMU ( Indian Maritime University ) twice a year for the admission of candidates in Merchant Navy course. Candidate must have passed 12th from any recognised board in any stream. Age of candidate must be form 17 to 21 years. Candidates must be unmarried male. |
