How can i get admitted to the DAV model school, durgapur in eleventh standard? Please reply me fast.

You have to apply on a prescribed application format which is mostly provided by the school authority and submit the form at the school office with all the supporting documents.

Admission will be purely based on your marks in class 10th. If you are opting for science stream then your science marks will be counted for admission.

DAV Model School, Durgapur is a CBSE affiliated school. They offer Science , commerce and humanities in class 11-12. Admission in class 11 is done on the basis of class 10 Selection Examination results. Students who are selected for admission in class 11, gets selected on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in Selection Test of class 10. That is you can say, seats are booked provisionally on the basis of the marks obtained in class 10 selection test. The mark sheet of Class 10th is required for getting admission in Class 11th. Some schools only see your 10 th marks and give admission while others may also take an entrance test for admission.

Admission in class 11 is based on merit decided on the basis of your class 10th board exam marks. There will be cut off marks that you need to clear to get admission at the school of your preference.

If you have got excellent marks in 10 class then no need to worry. Apply for admission when it is open at the said school.
