I am a teacher in my own school where I studied and I don’t want to leave this job but for this I need a education degree, This year I will complete my graduation from arts stream but as I have not got my result of my final examination I am confused. My school management is very good but I have submitted my any education degree to school.

Yes, as per government rules, to work as a Teacher, a candidate should have completed his/her B.Ed course. But, some schools are also recruiting the candidates, who have minimum qualification of graduation. So, it is better to complete your graduation as soon as possible, so, that you can continue in a job, which you are doing now.
