Is it possible to do B.Ed distance course without having teaching experience certificate?


I am post Graduate in history. I want to do b.ed distance course. I have no teaching experiance certificate. If it is possible please name of college / university my email ID is [email protected]

The B.Ed course is regulated by the National Council for Teacher Education- NCTE and as per their guidelines, Graduates willing to pursue B.Ed through distance mode must have been working as a teacher in a recognized school since two years or more.
So, as you have mentioned that you do not have teaching experience, you must go for the regular mode of the B.Ed program offered by various institutes.

i khalid jamal , i am lab assistant
(computer science) in Jamia Senior Secondary School; Jamia Millia Islamia university, since 13 years.
am I eligible for B.ED. distace mode? A lab assistant is eligible for Teaching certificate or not.

Yes, of course it's possible my friend.

If you want to make your career in teaching line then you have to do B.Ed.

Here, B.Ed. stands for Bachelor of Education. It can be done after graduation or post graduation.

Eligibility Criteria to apply for B.Ed. Entrance Exam:

1. Candiadte must be graduate from recognized University with at least 50% marks.

B.Ed. can be done ether as a regualr degree or from Distance Education. There are many universities offering this course.

Entrance Exam Consist of questions on:

1. Teacher Aptitude Capability

2. General Awareness

3. English(Comprehensive)

4. Quantitative Aptitude

Name of some Universities offering this course:

1. Delhi University, Delhi

2. Punjab University, Chandigarh

3. Punjabi University, Patiala

4. MP University, MP

5. CCS University

6. Rajasthan University

7. IP University'

8. KU, Haryana
