SOL stands for School of Open Learning which comes under DU(Delhi University). Every year SOL publish its admission criteria in the month of August.
Since your concern is you did your B.com in 2008 and now you want to fill improvement form. Here i would suggest you to be in touch with SOL official website which is www.sol.du.ac.in or you can contact it directly to it's address>>
