I want to get admission in DPS,risali in class 10th plz guide me and tell the procedure to get enter in this school? can i get admission in class 10th as i want to study in DPS (Bhilai)

No, It is not possible to get admission in 10th class at DPS. Because, they does not offers admission for 10th class. They offers admissions only up to 9th class and the students who are already in the 9th class in that school can only move to 10th class. So, it is not possible for you to join in DPS school now.

Admission procedure upto 9th class:-
Students, who have minimum 85.5 to 9 CGPA aggregate score in Class VIII exam are eligible to register for admission and are required to take the entrance examination. Then the shortlisted candidates will be interviewed and the final list of selected students will be declared after the interview..
