Dear Sir, I qualified the exam of 12th (UP board) in 2016, but in the marksheet my father's name is incorrect. What can I do for its correction and how much money will spend in it?

If your father's name in your marksheet of 12th standard has been printed wrong then you can talk about this with your school principal or teachers and they will guide you how to correct it.
They will make you write an application to the school board where you have to mention the issue regarding the incorrect name of your father. After that you have to send it to the school board and they will send you the application form and as well the procedure to send the money draft. In period of two or three months they will send you the duplicate certificate with correct father's name.

You should contact your school principal and let him/her know about the issue you are facing and I am sure your query will be resolved soon.

You will have to however fill up an application form and also provide an application regarding it stating your father's name spelling that you need to be rectified. If however some charges are there, you will be surely intimated and the further steps will be told as follows.

To get your father's name corrected in your 12th standard marksheet, you should have to contact your school principal where you have pursued your 12th standard. Sir, there is a mistake in my 10th & 12th marksheet that in my father documents and in my document fathers name spelling are not match and i passed 10th and 12th in 2013 & 2015 respectively .So with whom i should contact.
