The All India Senior Secondary Examination (AISSE) is similar to the CBSE. But AISSE takes the exams after 10th class for the schools belonging to the CBSE.

Both are educational boards providing education to candidates however, the basic difference between the two is that CBSE board provides admission to srtudents from the basic classes itself, but AISSE(All India Secondary School Examination) board provides admission to candidates after 10th, i.e. in class 11th.

After completing 10+2 a student need to complete his/her graduation in B.Sc to take up the MBBS course. & graduation should be done from a valid university. After 12th whether from CBSE or from any other board you cannot take admission directly.
