In my NEET application form, instead of "In favour of Secretary of CBSE", Bank has issued a draft "In favour CBSE, New Delhi" then I want to know that will my form be rejected? Please reply now can I send new draft In favour of Secretary of CBSE?

Your application form will be rejected if you issued Wrong draft. As you said, bank issued a draft in the favour of CBSE, New Delhi instead of in favour of Secretary of CBSE.

Without payment consideration, your application can not be processed.

Therefore at first correct draft to visiting bank again to get new draft in favour of Secretary of CBSE.
