Can out of state members apply for mpsc exams......if yes den what are the required qualifications ....?

Yes, you are eligible to appear for Maharashtra Public Service Commission the entrance examination is conducted for recruitment of candidates as officer in state.

The required qualification to appear for examination is candidate must have passed bachelor degree from any recognised university. The age limit is 19-33 years with relaxation in age for reserved category.

So, you can appear for examination and after qualifying in it eligible for recruitment in job.
