Career Scope in Human Resources Management

Employees are the integral and running part for any company, by this strenght of manpower any company leads its way to success and profit. So s special care should be take for employees of the company for smoth and better running and to diliver high productive result. So, some leader is required who will look after for the needs of employees and company's manpower managment for which HR heads are there.

HR are no longer just responsible for taking care of Employees, Recruitmnet, hiring, interviewing, employee retention etc. all are done by HR.

These increased responsibilities has created a plethora of opportunties there in Indian job MArket. Even a small company requires a HR manager to take care of such duties.

Eligibility: For becoming a successful HR manger or getting a good job MBA with specialisation is HR is the best option. And for MBA the only qualification required is graduation in any stream with not less then 50% aggregate.

Apart from MBA for developing managerial and leadership skills students are largely opting for some 'Certification' courses also. Among them Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) is the most famous one.

Fee Structure: Fees depends upon the Institute from where you are pursuing respective course. For MBA it depends upon Institute as well. IIMs will be costly enough whereas some good college/institute of your city/state will be less expensive.

Human Resource Management is the internal stream of Management Science

Actually there are two courses in HR itself

1.Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM).
2.MBA HR stream

I have only mentioned you both the Master's course i.e Post graduation courses.Both the degree's are almost familiar with each other since they get the similar Job opportunities.After completing HR course in some course in a good University then you can try out for the HR posts who are highly paid in an Organization/company.

Eligibility:-
For the MHRM/MBA course the eligibility remains the same i.e the candidate should have completed his Graduation from a recognized University.Both you need to go through separate entrance exam for these courses.For MBA course you need to go through the CAT,MAT,XAT and other such exams but for the MHRM Course you should go through separate entrance tests conducted by Universities offering this course.

Fee structure:-
The fee structure from MBA will be more compared to the MHRM course.See,there are various Institutes offering MBA courses hence the fee structure may vary from Institute to Institute.Fee Structure in IIM's and Top B.schools will definitely cost more than 1.5 lakhs/annum and as the grade of the Institute decreases even the fee may come down.

MBA Stands for Master in Business Administration and to apply for this course you need to cracked the Entrance examination such as CAT/MAT/GMAT Examinations. CAT Stands for Common Admission Test and this examination was conducted by IIM's Every year. So, If your aim is to get admission in top Business schools then please apply for CAT Entrance examination.
