Possibility to study PhD in Archaeology for M.A.(History) postgraduate?

You have completed M.A. in History so you are not eligible for Ph.D in Archaeology.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree in Archaeology from a recognized university with above 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D course in Archaeology.

There is no age criteria.
