I have completed my Bsc(Ag) bio. After that I have not been working in Agriculture organisation. Now I want to give examination for government job. What are the opportunities?

After completion of B.Sc degree in Agriculture, you can apply for Indian Forest Service exam.

IFS stands for Indian Forest Service exam.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university in Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a degree in Agriculture or Forestry or Engineering are eligible for IFS exam.

Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years.

There are wide range of job opportunities for the candidates who pursue their under graduation in B.Sc Agriculture.

Some of the government sectors which offer jobs these graduates are given below :

* Department of Agricultural Engineering.

* Water Management.

* Area Development Projects.

* AGRO Industries.

* National Seeds Corporation.
