You have done B.Sc in Agriculture so you are eligible for government sector jobs like banking sector.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IBPS and SBI clerk exam.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for government jobs after completing B.Sc in Agriculture through distance course. They are eligible if and only if the institution is recognized by University of Grants Commission (UGC).

To apply for any government jobs the candidate should complete graduation from any recognized university or institution.
