Associate Software Engineer is the post which is given to the freshers. In this job profile, the candidates are trained in the beginning for few months followed by they are incorporated into various projects. They initially start with lightweight tasks in the projects where they are further trained to make practical implementation. In this phase the salary will be low, the work load will not be very high and is basically termed as the learning phase in one's life. The companies like Infosys, expects basic (good) programming skills, learning spirit, good communication skill (English) and the positive attitude.
