how much %ge is required to be placed in tcs????

Dear friend,

TCS is the top most MNC company.So they have a placement criteria.

The criteria is given below:-

1)Candidate must be score at least 60% in through out career.
2)Pending Backlog are not allowed.
3)Maximum 2 year gap are allowed.

The Selection process for TCS:-

1)Aptitude Test.
2)Technical Test
3)Personal Interview.

Eligibility Criteria for TCS campus Recruitment



  • Marks - You must have got more than 60% from class 10th onwards.If the percentage is in CGPA format then a note signed by the Head of the Institute is required because a CGPA of 3 out of 5 doesn't necessarily means 60%.
  • Backlogs - 2 Pending backlogs at the time of TCS selection process is allowed.
  • Break in Studies- Maximum of 2 year gap is allowed but you will have to provide valid reasons for the break.

hii friend....here is the eligibility criteria for TCS.............

Eligibility Criteria :

1...60 % aggregate throughout (in all degrees / diplomas from Std X, till date), Graduation- 60%(For MCA & M.Tech) & CGPA>= 6.75 pts till last Semester
Aggregate Marks mean [Summation of the marks obtained in all the subjects (including optional subjects) divided by the total number of marks in all the subjects appeared ] *100

2..All academic courses taken up should be full-time regular courses
Candidates with more than 2 years gap in career will not be eligible. The 2 years of gap will be considered if there is a valid reason for the same.
3..2 pending backlogs at the time of the Recruitment process is allowed
4..There should be no pending backlogs at the time of joining.
5..Candidates with more than 3 years of Experience are not eligible to apply
Age Criteria : 18 Years to 28 Years
Course Duration Criteria :
>> M-Tech/ME/MSc. : 2 Years; MCA : 3 Years
>> B-Tech/BE : 4 Years; BSc./BCA/BIT/Diploma : 3 Years
>> Std. XI & XII : 2 Years

TCS should have 60% and also no gaps in your acadamics

TCS is the India's largest software exporter company by revenue..
The eligibility criteria to appear in the campus drive of TCS:-

1.The candidate must have 60% aggregate through out the career.

2.The candidate should not have pending backlogs during graduation.

3.The candidate must not have study gap more than 2 years.

You have to fulfill all these criteria to appear in the campus drive of TCS..

If you are interested in TCS then you must fulfill these criteria :

1.You must have 60% in your 10th,12th and graduation level.

2.You should not have any active backlogs

3.They will allow maximum 2 years of study gap.

An excellent communication skill will always help you to get placed into the TCS.
