you wish to get complete B.E through correspondence,right? Unfortunately it is not available in any institutes in west Bengal.All the institutes offer 3 years (Admission to 2nd year,3rd semester) regular BE/B.Tech course through JELET.

AICTE never approved distance education.so my suggestion is go for Lateral entrance or amie
if some one offer you for aicte approved distance education. go to the official website of AICTE and checked it
