Can I go abroad for MS after completing B.Tech with 64%

my btech will complete with an aggregate of 64 percent....with this percentage can i go abroad for MS??????

yes,sir you can go abroad for Ms degree ,after completing b.tech with 64%,there are many institution in indian ,they provide aboard facility,

list of some collages;-
Cornell University
Purdue University,West Lafayette
Texas A&M University,College Station
