My self suraj and i am 28 years old. A result of Btech on Apr. so i can join in indian army after btech. my father is a Ex - Army man and my category is OBC.

Dear friend yes you can join Indian Army..Because after B.TECH there is job is available for B.TECH students........

In this process there is too much process for general age is 20-27yrs.

But for OBC there is some relaxation in age ........

you can surely try for Indian Army..........

This is quite a noble profession. You are eligible to join the army provided you fulfill certain criteria's. You need to have atleast 50% in Graduation. To consider the NCC c certificate it is a must that the candidate should have completed at least 2 years of service in the senior Division of NCC. Also they should not be over 25 years of age. You will need to clear the SSC exam. There after there will be an interview round. Also it is important to be physically fit as you need to clear the fitness test too. You can be on the lookout for notification regarding the same.

The minimum eligibility for joining the Indian army are as follows:-
1.) Age limitation is between 16.5 to 19.5 years.
2.) 10+2 pass students with physics , chemistry , maths with a minimum of 70%.
3.) Eyesight should be 6/6 of both the eyes.
4.) Minimum height should be 157.5 cm with chest expansion of 5 cm.

you can't join now because your age has crossed the requirements of army as eligibility demands maximum age up to 25 in army.Better to go for M.TECH

Only Candidates who have passed 12th class examination under 10+2 system or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English are eligible to do MBBS. If you do not have these subjects at 10+2 level than you are not eligible to do MBBS.
How on this earth a person after studying for 3/4 years for B. Sc degree would like to do MBBS as it will mean wastage of 3/4 years of precious time. There are better options available for B.Sc. pass students to further there study.

yes, you can apply for the Army jobs you just need to fill these criteria:-

you can join army after doing b.tech.for this army conducts different exams.
many engineers are needed in indian army and advertisments are given in news papers.

Yes my friend you can join Indian Army after B.Tech.There will be no problem for this.Here is the criteria for you.

Academic Qualification :
The candidate must be graduate from any university.

Age Limit :
ForGeneral :21 to 28 years.[SC/ST will get 5 years age relaxation and OBC will get 3 year age relaxation]

General : 4.

Yes you join army on officer rank. You give the exam cds which is conducted by upsc(union public service commission) in 1year 2times.
In cds few ranks like as:-
1.Indian Military academy/Naval academy/Air force academy.
2.official training academy.
3.official training academy(ssc(sort service commission)) only for women.
Exam pattern:-
All type question is objective.And subject are:-
1.English,
2.G.K.,
3,Elimentry Math.,
Each paper are 100 marks obtained if your answer is wrong then sour you get 1/3 negative marks.

I would like to suggest you that after graduation, there are entries like UES entry, TGC, etc... So you can choose these entries to join indian army as officer.
You'll get the forms on the official website of the indian army. Forms comes twice in a year.

the required qualification is graduation.

Yes,you can join Indian Army.To join in Indian Army,you should appear for CDS exam.CDS exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission every year twice to take qualified students into defense service like

To appear for Indian Army,you should have completed graduation degree with any stream from a recognized university and your age should be between 19 to 24 years.

Indian Army can be joined through appearing CDS exam or TGC after B.Tech.

CDS-COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE exam conducted by UPSC twice every year as CDS-I and CDS-II for entry in to Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officer's Training Academy of CDS.

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian National having either appear for the Final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 19 to 25 years with good Physical Fitness.
