I am extremely sorry to state that it is not possible to state whether you are eligible for B.S course in USA or not. This is because you have not provided any info of your educational portfolio. Hence, unless you mention your current educational qualification, we cannot state whether you are eligible for the course or not. Usually, for undergraduate course in USA, you need to be 12th passed/diploma passed along with good scores in the entrance exams - SAT and IELTS/TOEFL.
