Hello everyone,
I am going Abroad for a semester on a Foreign Exchange program by college.
I also have to give CAT of this year. My returning date will be in winter of this year, due to which I will be unable to give CAT. In any case I can't drop for a year and instead go for CAT of next year. So, if I go for GMT then do IIM accept GMAT score if I score well?

You cannot get admission in any of the IIM's through GMAT exam. That's because IIM accepts GMAT score, only if the student belongs to overseas category. As a student from India, you can get admission in IIM, only if you can qualify CAT exam. So, you cannot get admission in any of the IIM's through GMAT score.
