Yes, you can study MS or M.Tech(CSE) in Abroad through GRE exam. But, while applying for universities, you should specify any considerable reason for the change of your stream from EE to CSE, in your "Statement of Purpose". Because, the universities will ask you the reason, for the change of your stream. If they are satisfied with your reason, then they will offer you admission in CSE stream.
