Both the Degrees are Masters Degree in the respective fields and have almost equal demand in Europe.
Everything depends on what you have done for your Graduation.
If you have done Engineering then it is better to pursue the course of M.Tech.
If you are from the Business Administration Background then it is best to the course of MBA.
So the decision depends on what you have done in your Graduation.

In European countries, both MBA and MS courses have their own demand, as they are different courses, and students who are studied these courses will work in different sectors. So, you can find opportunities, even you take any of these courses. If you are interested in Financial and business related issues, you can join in MBA course. In case, if you are interested in Science and Technology, you can join in MS course.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
