How to get admission in IITs if living in Kuwait? Will I be treated as NRI?


Hello sir, I am living in Kuwait since 2000 AD and my son too. My son has passed his 11th from a ISC recognized school and now planing to study B.Tech from IITs. Please tell me what should he do to get admission in IITs? Will he be treated as NRI?
