1)How is the research field in abroad for polymer?
2)if anyone passed b.tech in polymer science and want to go abroad for research of the subject,what are the way?

There is ample scope in research field in abroad. You need to choose a good university and a good guide while undertaking research work. However, it is your self-input which will decide the outcome of your research work.
It is not possible to go for research work after completion of B.Tech course. You need to pursue MS course and then PhD to undertake research work.
