Can i study MS in abroad countries like canada u.s.a
after completng my B.E having 60% as
electrical electical engeneering without
having gate certificate??

Yes, definitely you can study MS in Canada or USA without having GATE score. GATE score is valid only for admission in M.Tech course at Indian Institutions. To get admission in MS course in Canada and US universities, you need to appear in GRE and TOEFL/ IELTS examination. Appearing in GRE examination is not mandatory for all universities. It depends on the type of university you are going to apply for admission in MS course. So, by scoring good marks in GRE and TOEFL/ IELTS examination, you can get admission in MS course in foreign universities without having GATE score.
