What is the eligibility criteria needed to enter into program in mechanical from Germany


I had completed my BE(mechanical) from india and i am looking forward for a masters degree from mechanical, i wanna know whether german lauguage knowledge is required or not. Is it mandatory. What exams should be cleared for german universities.

To be eligible to study Master's degree course in Mechanical Engineering in Germany after completion of your B.E (Mechanical) course from India, you have to appear in TOEFL/ IELTS examinations to prove your English Language Proficiency skills. It is not mandatory to learn German language for pursuing Master's degree course in Germany. But, I suggest you to learn German language as it is used as official language to communicate with each other in Germany.
