Whether a citizen of foreign country is eligible to apply for JEE through DASA scheme if studied in India?

can a born citizen of foreign country with p i o card holder and having study totally in INDIA from 1st grade to 12th grade fill up the jee form and please let me know the procedure or he /she is only eligible thru DASA scheme

NRIs only can apply for DASA scheme and any other person of another country is not eligible for such admission. Hence, it will be difficult for you to get admission.

Therefore, you need to make sure that you are a NRI candidate, belonging to India.
