Hi,
i want a clear reason for doing ms in abroad
is ielts enough for doing ms in abroad
if they provide any stipend? Can you give me the complete information on the same?

It is up to you to decide whether you want to go Abroad or not.
If you go Abroad and complete the course of MS the job that you are going to get is a lot better than the job that you are going to get by studying MS here in India.
This is one reason to go Abroad. IELTS along with TOEFL is enough for you to go Abroad if you have a good academic track record.
You can get a stipend to do the course if you are having a good Domain Knowledge and the stipend is the discretion of the University where you will be admitted.
