Established in Gujarat to fulfill the need of modern and higher education in that area, the university aims at increasing the quality of living in the area. The campus of university is still under construction as mentioned on the university website but yes it is hoped that it will support all modern facilities and infrastructures for the students.

The institute offers various courses in the fields of graduate and undergraduate level. Among the post graduate programs the programs offered are, M. Tech. in CAD/CAM, in CA (computer application) and in Mechanical engineering from the faculty of technology. It also offers post graduation in the fields of Pharmacy (biotechnology, pharmaceutics and many more), Faculty of management (MBA), Faculty of CA, Faculty of science, Faculty of Education. Apart from these, the courses offered at under graduate level are Bachelor of technology i.e. engineering in the fields of computer science, Information technology, Mechanical engineering, Electronic and communication engineering, Civil engineering, bio-medical and instrumentation engineering. It also offers faculty of pharmacy, faculty of management, faculty of computer application courses at under graduate level.

The various facilities offered in the university campus include the central library which is the heart of university that supports all the courses that the university offers. The university provides hostel facilities. There are 2 hostels for girls and three for boys making total of five hostels in the campus. The rooms in the hostel are well furnished and provided with healthy food. Each hostel is capable of accommodating around 240 students. The university is also Wi-Fi enabled, i.e. while you are in the university campus area, you can have an access to wireless internet facilities without using any cables to your laptop or computing device. The university also give encouragement to sports for all round development.

For applying to courses in the university the students are required to fill in the application form that is available in the university website and also at the university campus. This form along with the photograph pasted should be submitted in the campus.
