An entrance exam called Haryana Combined Online Entrance Test (OLET LEET) is conducted by Haryana State Counselling Society for the selection of eligible candidates for the second year BE/ B Tech courses offered by different colleges located in Haryana. This exam provides an opportunity for a large number of students from all parts of the country for pursuing an engineering degree after their diploma courses through the lateral entry scheme. Numerous candidates apply for the test each year.

Structure of Haryana Combined Online Entrance Test (OLET LEET B TECH)

The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of an online entrance test conducted by HSCS. The online test is of objective type format. The test consists of 90 multiple choice questions and the total marks awarded for the test is 90 marks. The time allotted for the test is one and a half hours. The test consists of questions from the subjects of physics, chemistry, mathematics, communication skill, general awareness and also from the specialized topics. Those who pass the online test will be selected for the admission for the courses.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates to apply for the OLET LEET B TECH exam should have completed their engineering/Technology diploma course from any recognized University. The candidates must have to attain minimum 50 % mark for their diploma course. SC/ST candidates have to attain 45 % of marks for applying for the test.

How to Apply?

The HSCS provide the facility for the online registration for the exam. The candidates can register for the exam through the link http://onlinetesthry.nic.in. After the registration the candidates can get a unique application number and the application form. The exam fee has to be deposited in any Axis bank or Punjab National Bank Branches. The exam fee is Rs.500/-. The print out copy of the application form and the fee payment receipt should be submitted in the concerned office before the last date.

How to fill the Form?

The form should be filled correctly. Any error in the form may lead to the cancellation of the form. The candidates name, guardians name etc. should be filled correctly. A recent photograph of the candidate must be affixed in the application form. The filled form and the fee payment receipt must be send to the concerned office before the last date.
