The SRM university is one of the preferred university for the future Engineers. The University provide a healthy environment, faculty and better career opportunity for the students. They carry out eligibility test for the potential candidates. The candidates completed their plus two in science stream under the recognized institute/board can apply for the exam.

Structure of SRMEEE

The exam is of objective model with normally five options. The students can select the most right choice from the given options. The exam conducted for two and half hours. The question were from the areas of

• Physics
• Chemistry
• Mathematics
• Biology

For each correct answer the candidate will be awarded 3 marks and for wrong answer there is negative marking. For biology paper there are 50 questions and for other papers there is 35 questions each. Except Bio- Engineering all the students need to write the maths paper and for the bio-engineering course the students should also take biology paper.

Syllabus for SRMEEE

The syllabus covers the entire topic from class eleven and twelve. The students needed to study the recommended test of the above subject for attempting the exam.

The candidates can prepare for the exam by self study or joining a coaching centre. The students have to study very carefully all the papers and have to do a number of revision in each subjects. They can use short cut methods for solving the problems in maths and other papers so as to minimize the time for answering the questions. Once they thorough with the concepts they can take mock test and understand the areas needed attentions.
