Institute of Productivity and Management offers admission in its two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program. The Institute has been established in the year 1977 and is known to offer the course of PGDM since its establishment and therefore has been recognized to be of high standard in the management based education. The course offered b the Institute is approved by the AICTE. The institute has been known to establish several linkages with both international as well as national Institutes. Candidates are short listed for the course by the Institute on the basis of the marks that they obtain in the MAT exam. There is also an option through which candidates can apply separately for the Institute. The candidates are then short listed and then called for a second round of selection that comprises of Personality Test, sessions of Group Discussions and Personal Interview. The institute only offers the final selection to the candidates after assessing the marks obtained in all the three stages of the admission.

Selection process:

The institute takes admission based on the scores of the candidates in MAT. The candidates who are selected after MAT are then called for GD.
