The Kerala Commissioner of Entrance Examination is responsible for the conduct of different professional Entrance Exam in the state. The Kerala CEE conducts the Post Graduate Pharmacy (M Pharm) Entrance test for the graduates in the field. The score obtained in the common entrance test is the basic criteria for getting admission into the Medical colleges in the state. The entrance test will be carried out once in a year, usually in the month of January.

Structure and Syllabus for Kerala PG Pharmacy Test

The Kerala M.Pharm Entrance Test will consist of 200 objective type problems with three hours duration. There will be different options for the candidate and they need to specify the right answer on the given OMR sheet. The syllabi of the examination follow the standards of the B.Pharm program. The wrong response on the OMR sheet cause negative marking. The aspirants can expect questions from the areas of,

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant should be an Indian National with Kerala Origin. For the sponsored seats any Indian citizen can apply. The applicant must have a B Pharm Degree from the University of Kerala or any universities recognized by the Kerala University with AICTE approval. They should also have a minimum of 55% marks in bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.

How to Apply?

The aspirants can register for the exam through the official portal. The application and the prospectus will be available in the official website of Kerala CEE, www.cee-kerala.org . The candidates can apply by visiting the web link. The applicants need to take the bank challan from the given website and pay the fee of examination Rs.800, through the SBT outlets.

How to fill the Form?

The candidates can find the guideline for filling the online form in the website itself.  They have to go through those instructions before filling the form. All the information provided should be correct and once after submitting the form no changes will be allowed in the submitted form. The candidates need to upload the scanned photo of required size and format in the given column. After submitting the online form, the applicants need to take the printout of the form and along with the attachments paste the photo and put their signature in the space provided. The candidates should pay the fee amount in the SBT and send the original fee receipt along with the application form. The application form should send through the registered post to the submission address before the specified date for submission.

Study Plan

A comprehensive study plan will lead the candidates to score high in the entrance test. The preparation should be started early as possible. The M Pharm course offer new career avenues for the graduate and hence most of the graduate will take this entrance test. Only the candidates with good score will be able to make through the admission process, since the number of PG seats available in the medical colleges are less.
