IELTS and GPAT are both entirely different entrance exams and both the exams are not related to each other in any way. The complete details about the IELTS and GPAT examinations is mentioned below :-

GPAT is an entrance test conducted for getting admission to M.Pharmacy courses. If you are interested to do M.Pharmacy course after completion of your B.Pharmacy course then, you need to appear for the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) to get admission in the M.Pharmacy course. The candidates who have completed four years of Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy are eligible to appear for the GPAT exam.

IELTS is an entrance exam to prove your english speaking, writing, reading and listening skills and with the help of the IELTS examination score, you can get admission in the foreign countries like Germany, Sweden, etc. for your higher studies. IELTS, the International English Language Testing System, is designed to assess the language ability of candidates who need to study or work where English is the language of communication.By appearing for the IELTS examination, it will be very useful for you when you are going to abroad for your higher studies.

It is best to appear for the GPAT exam since, you have completed the B.Pharmacy course. So, that you can get admission in the M.Pharmacy course and you can obtain the Master Degree in Pharmacy course. If you are interested to appear for the IELTS exam then, you can also appear for both the IELTS and GPAT exam.
