Rajasthan Public Service Commission was established in the year 1949 after the LEE Commission recommended to set up a Central Public Service Commission in the country. The commission is actually located at Ajmer. It consists of a Chairman and two other members. The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) Regulation, 1951 and The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (Limitation of Functions) Regulation, 1951 were the two regulation announced under the provisions of Constitution of India. The appointments of the Chairman and the members of the commission are strictly made by the Chief Minister of Rajasthan.

Rajasthan Public Service Commission invites online application for filling up the following position of Lecturer (Teachers) School Education. The position of Lecturer is available in the disciplines of Urdu, English, Commerce, Physics, Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry. Candidates are required to ensure their eligibility before applying for the desired post.

Eligibility:

The minimum age limit set for the post of Lecturer (School Education) is 21 years.
The maximum age limit set for the post of Lecturer (School Education) is 35 years.

All interested candidates should have age within the prescribed age limit set for the post. Relaxation of few years in the upper age limit, will be provided to the candidates belonging to reserved categories.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess Post Graduation in the relevant discipline from any recognized university for applying for the position of Lecturer in Rajasthan Public Service Commission. All candidates should possess this minimum educational qualification required for the post. Candidates having qualification less than the prescribed one, should not apply for the post as their applications will not be considered by the commission.
