MCA (Distance) Entrance Exam in Mumbai University
The Institute of Distance Open Learning (IDOL) under University of Mumbai offers admission to MCA program on the basis of an entrance test. Graduates with 45% marks are eligible to attend this objective type model entrance exam. Topics like numerical ability, computer fundamentals and C programming are covered in the entrance test.
Eligibility for MCA (Distance) Entrance Exam in Mumbai University
Bachelor’s degree from any statutory University with a minimum of 45% marks is the basic qualification required. For reserved category candidates, a minimum of 40% marks is enough to apply. Required qualification must be obtained with mathematics as a subject either at 12th or graduation. Final year students awaiting results can also appear for entrance test.
Exam Pattern for MCA (Distance) Entrance Exam in Mumbai University
Entrance exam is conducted as a single paper test covering objective model questions. Time duration allotted for the exam is 2 hours. There is no negative marking also.

Collected application form need to be filled up carefully and must be submitted to the address of Institute of Distance Open Learning (IDOL), University of Mumbai.
