Motorola India Pvt. Ltd. (Global Software Group) recruits engineers from  various reputed institutions of the country. The pattern of the selection process is given below:

The first step is the pre-placement talk. The people from the company show about their work culture and their products. They also talk about their packages.

Written Test Pattern

The next step is the written test. There are 30 questions which are to be answered in 30 minutes. The ECE and Computer Science stream are given separate papers. No negative marking is there. The questions are mainly related to the core subject. Few questions are from aptitude.

Interview

The written test is followed by a technical interview. All the technical knowledge of the candidate is tested by the interviewer. The questions you are asked are based on what you mention in your CV. You should have a sound knowledge of your subject and also a positive attitude.

After the technical interview, there is a HR interview. This round is not troublesome if one does well in the technical round. Be your natural self. The interviewer wants to check your abilities like team work, your attitude, your leadership qualities etc. with a positive attitude and lots of confidence the HR round can be cracked.
