Bluetooth Calling

The project deals with the new developments in the modern electronics field where Bluetooth, the in demand wireless technology plays a significant role. Here the project enables two persons in distant places make video calls via Bluetooth. By various experiments, it has proven to be a highly versatile and user friendly technology.

Vehicle Tracking System using GPS and GSM modem

This project deals with the design of an embedded system to identify the position of vehicle using Global Positioning System (GPS) and Global System for Mobile communication (GSM). It uses microcontroller to interface the devices with various hardware peripherals. The microcontroller which is programmed according to the task will be serially connected to the LCD display, GSM modem and GPS receiver to monitor a moving vehicle.

Zigbee based home automation system

This project combines the principles of wireless intelligence and rational use of energy. Here the energy consumption is significantly reduced with the help of wireless intelligence. The wireless intelligence network consisting of PIR sensors, wire loop sensors, relays and loads are used to detect human presence. It also imparts security with the help of microcontroller.

Search and Rescue Robot

The project deals with the design of a robot which can take the crucial role of search and rescue of trapped victims in collapsed structures. The robots are programmed such that they can explore in the collapsed structures, extract the map of the site, search for victims there, report the location in the map and way by which the rescue team can reach the victim. It can also provide the victim with all the necessary things which help sustain life.

Fingerprint based attendance system

This project helps in taking the attendance of an institution by the principle of fingerprint matching using a microcontroller. There is fingerprint module consisting of an infrared LED and photo diode which helps in fingerprint matching. The fingerprints as well as the attendance details can be saved using a PC.
