Chhatisgarh Public Service Commission was established under the Government of India. The commission was formed under the provision of Act 315 of the Constitution of India. The commission actually came into existence on May 23, 2011. The commission was established just after six months of the re-organization of Madhya Pradesh. The state of Chattisgarh was established on November 1, 2000. The commission mainly aims to conduct examinations for making recruitment or appointments in the state.
